After-sales assistance

COCCO guarantees a two-year warranty on all electrical components of the appliance that are not subject to wear and tear.
The rights to this guarantee are in addition to the contractual guarantee that each customer has with their dealer.

For professionals, the one-year warranty period begins with the purchase of the device. The purchase date must be proven by submitting the VAT invoice. The battery is covered by a one-year warranty in any case. Defects occurring during the warranty period and reported in writing within three weeks of their occurrence will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty period will not be extended by the performance of any warranty services. Parts replaced as part of warranty repairs become our property. In the event of unjustified use of our customer service, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Defects caused by excessive use, improper operation and maintenance, and failure to follow the operating instructions are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to defects resulting from normal wear and tear of wear parts (e.g., transmission components).

Customers wishing to activate the warranty on a purchased product must contact the aforementioned assistance center by telephone or email, indicating:
 Name
 Surname
 Company name (if any)
 Telephone number
 Description of the problem with image (where useful)
 Proof of purchase document (receipt, bill, purchase invoice or similar) that
you certify the purchase within two years.

Failure to provide any of the above items will result in a service failure. All batteries are covered by a one-year warranty.
