After-sales assistance
COCCO guarantees a two-year warranty on all electrical components of the appliance that are not subject to wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to the contractual warranty each customer has with their retailer. For professionals, the one-year warranty period begins with the purchase of the appliance. Proof of purchase must be provided by submitting a VAT invoice. The battery is always covered by a one-year warranty.
Defects that occur during the warranty period and are reported in writing within three weeks of their occurrence will be repaired free of charge. Repairs must be carried out at the only authorized service center.

The warranty period will not be extended by the performance of any warranty services. Parts replaced as part of warranty repairs become our property. In the event of unjustified use of our customer service, the costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Customer. Defects caused by excessive use, improper use and maintenance, and failure to follow the instructions for use are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to faults that
occur due to normal wear and tear of wear components (e.g. transmission components).

Customers wishing to activate the warranty on a purchased product must contact (by telephone or email) the aforementioned assistance centre, indicating:
Name
Surname
Company name (if any)
Telephone number
Description of the problem with image (where useful)
Proof of purchase document (receipt, bill, purchase invoice, or similar) certifying the purchase within two years.
Failure to provide any of the above items will result in a service failure. All batteries are covered by a one-year warranty.
